MS 321’s basic focus is on physical fitness, rifle marksmanship and land navigation, oral and written communication, and leadership development and assessment. Students’ leadership attributes are developed by participation in physical fitness training, Leadership Laboratory and tactical training. Immediate feedback keeps the student focused. The successful completion of these military skills is a prerequisite for continuation to MS 322 and the ROTC Advanced Camp. Cadets are required to participate in all ROTC Events/Activities.
