Description
A comprehensive treatment of the major principles of communications designed to assist the student in attaining a high proficiency in written and oral communication in preparing effective business letters and messages. Diverse problems of communication will be addressed. This course investigates communication and relationships in creating a productive work environment. Effectiveness in personal and social relationships is also covered (non- verbal communication, constructive feedback, dealing with anger, and resolving conflict).
