HOSP 402 - Service Operations Management Credits: 3
Description This course is intended to focus on the socio-technical systems of hospitality operations. Through cases, role-playing, and computer simulations, students will be exposed to a variety of human relations skills to include communications, negotiating, personal selling, and technical skills through case studies required to manage successful high technology businesses.
