HFIN 400 - Provider Bonus Compensation and wRVU Calculations

Description
This course brings compensation and salary calculation lessons into the classroom for the student. Bonus calculations for doctors are ongoing and must be calculated based on the number of wRVUs generated by each doctor. Contracts are formulated to project these calculations for doctors over a financial year. The student will learn contract vocabulary and contract calculations necessary to begin a doctor’s position, then the student will learn how to track the facilities’ salary expense to the doctors from a quarterly and annual period.
