Description
This course brings everything full circle from budgeting, bonus calculations, wRVUs, and revenue cycling. Pro Formas are used in healthcare to project new expenses for a facility such as capital equipment, new provider (doctor) hiring, provider (doctor) resignations, and all expenditures that are necessary for a health facility to efficiently operate, that were not included in the initial budget. These Pro Formas are lengthy in detail, and the student will learn how to create one of these documents for any healthcare facility across the country.
