FINA 467 - Real Estate Finance

Description
This course focuses on the environment and the importance of credit in real estate development and operations. Topics include legal framework, sources of mortgage funds, the role of public and private financial institutions in real estate. It also includes the applied topics of corporate real estate, including lease versus own analysis, sale and leaseback decisions, and the role of real estate in corporate restructuring.

  • Compare and contrast various approaches of Disposing and Renovating Income Properties
